We are proud to say we have agreed over a dozen sales in these last couple of days alone – going the extra mile working through our lunches and into the evenings long after we close, in order to keep on top of the high demand we are currently experiencing, with us receiving over a hundred calls and emails every day. Thank you for your patience with us getting back to you all at this time.
We are also pleased to say that the offers coming in are at market value, which is excellent news for the market in general at this stage. This being said, it is a very good time to sell with buyers’ pent up demanding clearly showing with a lot of our stock getting interest and being snapped up – if you are thinking of selling, get in touch for a free valuation, online or in person. Appointments are working very well and carried out in a highly safe manner, with all our staff fully trained on social distancing measures, wearing PPE and respecting the public’s health as a priority.
